What is your return policy for furniture?
We accept returns on most items within 60 days of delivery. Please note that furniture must be in its original packaging, and a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring White Glove Delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for transit and scheduling.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, White Glove Delivery is available for most large furniture items. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Are your rugs and fabrics swatch-tested?
We strive for the highest quality standards. Swatches are available for many of our upholstery and rug collections so you can test the color and texture in your space before committing to a full purchase.
