At Lulu and Georgia, we want you to love your home, so we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and custom upholstery, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
